Zakup GearBest - Mi9t 128 / PROBLEM

Witam wszystkich. Sprawa jest taka. Zakupilem jakiś miesiąc temu telefon z wyżej wspomnianego sklepu. Zakupu dokonałem przez Revolut. Po miesiącu telefon przestał wyświetlać . Telefon działa, ekran nie. 

Nie ma żadnych sladów użytkowania, zadrapan, etc. Zgłosiłem sprawe do supporta. Napisali, że mam odesłać na naprawe, a w razie czego wyslą mi refubrished item. Myśle okej. Zadalem pytanie jak z gwarancją, jeśli wyslą mi takowy, to zmienili odpowiedz, ze nie maja takich i nowych, wiec mogą mi zaproponować 70 dolków. 

Ktoś mial z nimi do czynienia, a  może juz przez to przechodził. to jest mój ostatni zakup na gearbest, ale chciałbym sprawę doprowadzić do końca.  Telefon wyśle im do naprawy do tego magazynu. A w razie jakby nie udalo im się go naprawić jak mogę domagać sie zwrotu kasy,etc.

1. I used the phone as intended, listened to music.
The telephone lay on the table motionless. When the screen suddenly turned off and no more turned on.
It happened a day ago.
The phone charges and works, only the screen is completely black and does not turn on.
2. I have not made any, so as not to violate the warranty.
After consulting a friendly salon, I received information that the phone probably had a defect and stopped working properly.

Dlatego kupuję tylko przez PayPal z podpiętym Revolutem... I z nimi też wtedy inaczej rozmowa wygląda... Ale nie miałem dotychczas problemów Twojego typu. 

Dlatego nie pomogę.

Tzn chce zrobic tak, ze skladam chargeback i oni to przekazują do visy czy tam mastercardu, jesli bede mial wszystkie dowody,itd  , myslisz, ze nie zwrócą mi kasy ?

Nie wiem... Nigdy nie korzystałem z takiego myku... Ale csy nasz bank by Ci zwrócił kasę? Oczywiście mieliby Cię w 4 literach... 

Revolut zajmuje się tylko wymianą walut i im lata kto/po_co/dlaczego to robi... 

Dlatego używa się PayPala...

Nie zwrócą, bo otrzymałeś produkt, a to czy popsuł się po miesiącu, 2, dniu, to już nikogo nie interere, tylko PayPal ma ochronę w takim wypadku. Z tego co piszą, to chcą Ci zwrócić 70$ na konto, na Twoim miejscu sprawdziłbym ceny napraw w serwisie (np. micenter.pl -> 920PLN wymiana ekranu, o ile to padł ekran, a nie jakaś część elektroniki na mobo), ew wysłał telefon na ekspertyzę, gdy otrzymasz już odpowiedź z serwisu ile będzie kosztować naprawa, zacząłbym po prostu żądać od GB wyrównania kosztów, przy awarii ekranu 70$ to jest guzik, bo tutaj koszta się zamykają w granicach 250-350$.
